Was given up for adoption as a newborn through a private adoption to my parents in Rustburg VA. I believe that Dr. Robert Cox may have helped my parents with the adoption. Mother and Father may have both been students at UVA at the time. Unable to obtain any additional info as records are restricted in VA.
