I was adopted from Holt Orphanage in 1960 at the age of about 7 years old. My birthdate is around 1954; maybe in July. I am looking for my American Dad who may have been a Sargent in the Army stationed in Seoul or Yongdongpo. He may have been a cook or in charge of the mess hall. He loved to garden, fish,cook and had many colorful and elaborate ties. My dad spent time with me and my Korean family before I was adopted. I think he is also the father of my younger brother who was born in Yongdongpo around 1957. My Dad may have named my brother Jimmy, and named me Christine. His first and last name may have sounded like Herman, Harman, Holden, or Calond.
My mother's name was Nam Young Ja and my name in Korean was Nam Mi Hee. My brother's name was Nam Soon Hal.
My Dad was tall (for Korean standards), very light skined and may have had a tatoo on his arm. My brother and I were very blond. (even for being only half Korean). My dad had light brown hair and was nice looking. My mother was very beautiful and was born around 1932.
