I am looking for the man who is said to be my father. I was born 4 May 1974 my mother was a junior in high school. I was told that his name is Charles Williams. My nother's name ws Debbie Ladd and she named me Christy. I am told he is dead, but I am having a hard time locating any evidence. She was living in Harriman, TN and going to Harriman High School.
