Adoption took place in Dooly County. DFACS there handled it.
The 2 girls left the courthouse in a black car. The tag said "Richmond" Georgia.
So I'm assuming they are in the Richmond County Area of Georgia.

I'm trying to come up with the money to find them but it's very hard to do, and even after I pay the money...Alma and Teresa have the option to not want to meet me and then what?
So maybe through the help of each other we can all pull together and make this a successful reunion! In the time being I'll be helping all of you in searching for your family!
