His father was Malcolm (Mike) Hayward and his mother was Tony House Hayward. They were divorced, and he was adopted by either a man named Rex Hall, or a Charles Haley. He may be in the Elko, Nv. area. His mother was last living in the Carson City/Moundhouse, Nv. area. She worked in the casinos, as a keno writer/runner. Last known place of employment was the Ormsby House, Carson City.
I need to locate Clifford, as there are medical issues, he needs to be made aware of.
