I am looking for my birth mother and/or father. I was born Feb. 27, 1968 in St. Joseph's Hospital in Portland, OR. I am a white male. I believe my birth mother was 18 or 19 at the time of my birth. I do not know her name or anything else about her. There was no mention of my birth father at all. I was taken by my adoptive parents about two days after my birth to live with them in Washington. I am most interested in medical history, but would like any other information available.
