I am searching for my mom's birth parents and or family. My mother was born December 29, 1953 in John Day, Oregon. Her adopted name was Mary Ellen Schill. Her adoptive parents were Charles and Ruth Schill.
She was adopted in May of 1960 at the age of 6 years old. We're hoping to learn more about our family tree.
UPDATE: With a little bit of research using the adoption papers left to me by my mother, I was able to find out that my mother's birth parents' first names were Georgia Marie and Clifford. The date they were married was August 23, 1954 and the marriage took place in Baker, Oregon.
