I am looking for information on my grandmother, Alice Marie (Chance) Vaughn. She is buried in Grandview Cemetery in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. She was born August 17, 1920 in Lawton, North Dakota. She married my grandfather, William A. Vaughn, Jr. on May 10, 1941 in Troy, Montana. Her parents were James M. Chance and Stella (Clark) Chance. She died on May 11, 1943 in a fire in Harlem, Montana. She was 7 months pregnant. I have written to the state of North Dakota for her birth certificate, but one cannot be located. She died when my father was only 1 year old. She was a resident of Bonners Ferry, Idaho when she married my grandfather. I have a copy of their marriage license. I have a picture of the cemetary she was buried in and of her tombstone. Please help if you can. I am unable to find anymore information about my grandmother.
