I am searching for anyone with information about my great-grandfather, John Henry Patrick Collins. Family history says he came to this country from Scotland around 1870 at the age of 13/14. He lived in Charleston, SC and then migrated inland. He married HENRIETTA LUCINDA ALEWINE from the Gilbert Hollow area of South Carolina.
If there is anyone who has any information (or suggestions) about either the COLLINS or ALEWINE families, please contact me.
