Orleans parish adoption. Can give Judge name on adoption certificate if necessary. May have been named Nanette, Nenette, Nananne, or something similar by birth mother. I am a white female with brown hair. My mom supposively was about 5'4" in height, olive complection, and dark hair. French descent. Father was Belgium/Welch descent and was supposively around 6' tall with light hair.
