I am searching for my birth family. My mother first. She was born in September of 1954 I beleive. She was 5' 2" and weighed about 120lbs, with brown hair and eyes. She quit school in the eighth grade when she became pregnant and married his father. She was legally seperated when I was born, and he was not my father. She was 17 when I was born. I was born on April 12, 1971. I was placed with Social Services in Cleveland County, NC shortly after I was born. I was placed in foster care and when I was about 5 mths old was placed with the people who later adopted me. I was told that before I went to live with my adoptive parents I was placed with an older woman as a foster child for a couple of months.
