I am in possession of a Haas Genealogy Book 1764 to 1985. It was given to my husband by his aunt who was born in ND and later raised in Lodi, CA. I would like to give this book to a Haas relation who is directly related to someone listed in this book. It begins with Elizabeth Leyenberger Haas born 1764. German emigration lists in 1808 shows she traveled to Kassel, Russia; accompanied by son, Frederick Haas born 1793 & daughter, Barbara born 1799. Most early references are from North & South Dakota, later listings include Lodi, Vallejo, National City and Sacramento, CA.
