I am looking for info on the Davis Family from Louisa/Albemarle/Hanover County, VA they moved to Stokes County, NC. The Davis have married into the Phillips, Dalton, Winston,Durrett and Walton families. I have gone as far as John Davis b. unk-died in 1734 Spotsylvania, VA. He was married twice, 1st wife unknown, 2nd wife was a widow, Elizabeth Phillips. John had a son name William who had a son named Isaac, who had a son name William, who had a son named Thomas Locke Davis who married Ann Frances Hill.
