I am looking for my mother's birth parents. I do not have a lot of information. Her birthdate was on or around October 28, 1959. She was adopted by Yvonne and Adelbert Daniels. At the time of the adoption they lived near the St. Lawrence Seaway, as I believe Adelbert worked on the Seaway. I was told that my mother was born in Malone, NY or maybe Moira, NY. My Grandmother told me that my mother's birth name was Cindy Lou, she was renamed Julie Sue. My mother was very short, very tiny with black straight black hair and brown eyes. I am looking for medical information and any history I can get. I was told that my mother may have had a lot of siblings, her birth parents were married and their last name may have started with a P.
