I am the daughter of an adopted mom who passed away when she was 27. My mom was adopted in and out of Cortlnd NY and her family was from Homer NY. There were 4 siblings and the parents divorced. My mother was born January 27 1953, not sure what hospital, I would assume Cortland memorial. She was adopted through Cortland Counrt Department of Social Services.
