I am searching for a half-sister that my mother gave up for adoption. My mothers last name used to be Dempsey and she gave the girl the name Elizabeth. She was born on January 10, 1972 in Washington DC at Columbia Hospital for Women. I believe that she was then taken to a methodist church in Baltimore and from there they found her adoptive parents.
I am 100% sure my mother has been searching for this sister I've never known but would never admit it to the 3 daughters she has now.
