I am looking for my birth family. I was born 2-22-88 in Lubbock Tx.I was adopted through the Smithlawn adoption agency. My birthmothers name is Katherine and she was 20 yrs old when i was born. She had epilepsy. She wore glasses,has brown eyes and brown hair, 5'4-1/2" tall, medium build and medium complexion. She also had a 1 1/2 year old son, he has brown hair and blue eyes and was born prematurely. The only people that knew about the pregnancy and adotion was my mother and her father. Her father was 40 yrs old, 6'1" tall, brown eyes and dark brown hair, he worked as a deputy sheriff. I know that my family has German background. My birthmother had 3 siblings, the oldest has red hair, one has brown hair, and the youngest blonde hair. My birthmothers grandmother was also a twin.
My birthfather was 23 yrs old, 6'2" tall, blue eyes and brown hair, my mother described him as being slow to warm up to people, He enjoyed rebuilding car engines. My birthfather was an only child and his mother had lymphoma. He had been working in a factory for 4 years.
