I am searching for my grandmother or grandfather. I only have information on my grandmother. My mother was born on April 15,1949 in Steubenville, Ohio. She was adopted shortly after. My grandmother named her Nancy Hustead. My grandmother's name at the time was Rita Hustead. The story that my adopted grandfather told me was that she was an unwed mother who lived in Maine and was a nurse. This was an open adoption but my adopted grandparents did not keep in touch, as far as I know, with my birth grandmother. If you have any information please contact me.
