Franklin P., Elmer C., and Selmon D. who lived in Wirt County, WV, either all of their adult lives or a goodly part of them. The time period was about 1903-1977. They lived in or near Elizabeth. They were the nephews of Oliver and Martha Holdren Givens, also of Wirt County.
