My parents adopted me at age 4 months. I was born 11/1/1963. My birth mother's maiden name was McCoy. I was named Baby Ann. After I was adopted my birth grandparents tried to ask for more money for the hospital bills. Both of my parents are dead and I would like to know more for health reasons.
