Thomas (Great grandmother) was born Aug 1866 in Patrick County, Virginia. His father Larkin or Larken Penn was born in 1880 in Patrick County, VA. William Penn had 3 sisters Dora, Georgia and Nannie; 3 brothers Aubry, Tesley and Charlie. William Henry Penn married Marion Finley in 1906, and they had 3 children Harry, Marion, James.
