Hello, I am researching my g-g-grandfather, William Edwards. DOB 1825 in VA. He married my g-g-grandmother, Sarah Leach, and produced six children. One of them was my g-grandfather, George Shaffer Edwards. She died early 1860's. He then remarried to a Martha Platt in 1865 in Allegany County, MD. They had 12 additional children. 1870 and 1880 census shows him living in Allegany, MD. We believe he died around 1892. I have exhausted Ancestry.com and a bunch of other web sites. I need to find his exact dod and grave site. Where in the Cumberland area could I do some further research. Thank you.
