My great-grandfather was Robert Spence Watters who came to the US from Ireland in 1870-he was 21.The 1900 Census lists 7 children -the first 2 to unknown wife from PA. next 5 children to Mgt Whitten from Ireland. My grandmother Hally/Hallie Watters(Swope) was one of his first 2 children so I am looking for Robert Spence's first wife or my mother's mother. I have them in Pennsylvania-New Castle,Arnold,Oil City area-if you have any knowledge of this family please help me.
