Trying to find a female born at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton, OH in Hardin county. She was born in the early to mid 1970's. Particulary before 1975. her adoptive parents were thought to live in southern Ohio, and then relocated to Florida after the adoption. Her birth parents were unmarried and very young.
