My adopted name is Callie. I was born JANUARY 28TH,1982. My biological mother is from Mississippi but came to Mt. Vernon to stay with her father until she had me. I had a closed adoption thru UNITED METHODIST CHILDREN'S HOMEin WORTHINGTON, OHIO. My adoptive family is from DEFIANCE,OHIO which is where I have lived for 24 years. I know my birth mother was 17, turned 18 @ end of Dec. Birth father was approx. 20-21. Would like to find birth parents as well as any siblings. Would like to have medical records as well.
