BIRTHMOTHER: My name is Gloria and I was born 11/6/45 in Miami, FL. I am searching for information about by birthmother. Her name was EDNA, born in the summer of 1925 in a Midwestern state. Her mother died when she was 5 and her father died when she was 11. She was raised by her maternal grandmother on a farm somewhere in OHIO. I was told that EVANS was a family name. EDNA was of IRISH & CHEROKEE INDIAN decent. She did not like sports but did like to read and sew.
She lived in Miami, FL from 1942- 1947 and worked as a bar maid, waitress, elevator operator,babysitter and housekeeper. EDNA had dark wavy hair, hazel eyes with very dark eyelashes, dark complection and very good posture.
Does anyone know of this person?
