Husband's father was William Arlo Howard- b. 08/08/1910 in Colorado Springs, CO.
Father was William Luther Howard b. 1876 in Carthage, MO.- d. 1950 in Colorado Springs.
Mother was Caroline Porter b.1871 in Iowa -d. 1957 Colorado Springs, CO.
Now here's where it gets confusing....and we don't know how to confirm this information we've found
William Luther Howard's father -
W.L. Howard...(?)
b.1858 Newton, MO. d. ? married to either Anranda or Amanda Dilloworth or Talbot(?) b. 1835 d.?
We have no more info. on her....
W.L. Howard's mother may have been Mary (May)J. Howard b.1835 in Tennesse d.? and he had siblings, John J.- b. 1856 and Walter Howard -b. 1862 all born in Newton, MO.
Yet - Mary (May) J. Howard has the same birth year as Amanda Dilloworth (Talbot)...and these two ladies would have been mother and daughter-in-law. So, as you can see, this is driving us crazy.
