My name is Jessica Marie Rudisill (adopted name) am looking for my birth mother. I was adopted in Catawba County, NC to the Rudisill Family of Vale, NC. I have her name listed as Sandra Pacheco with her last known address of 108 Corbin Avenue, Spring Lake, NC 28390. She mailed a letter to Wynell Clement, Adoption Case Worker at Catawba County Department of Social Services with the post mark on the envelope as 06-03-1996. I believe my father's last name was Smith, but am unsure. I was born on 11-30-1991 and believe I may have been born in Cumberland County, NC because this was my mother's last name residental county. Sandra Pacheco may have been 15 years old or older when I was born and have a picture of her. She is tall with brown hair and possibly brown eye's. I was placed in the Rudisill's foster home and then removed by Sandra Pacheco, mother, when I was about 15 months old and stayed with her about 8 weeks. After this my biological mother requested that I be placed in the Rudisill's home for legal adoption. Since then she had wrote several letters to me, which I just found by the help of of my adopted father and step-mother.
