It was a home birth in Kilmore, Streete, Co. Westmeath. The doctor was Dr. Cullen and the priest the adoption went through was Fr. Regan of Castlepollard, Westmeath. His name was more than likely changed by his adopted parents.My brothers adoption went through St. Clares adoption agency, Stamullen, Co. Meath. We only found out recently so we are so eager to find him. If any one would have any information, we would be so grateful as we have missed out on so much time.
