I am searching for my birth mother or siblings.I have very little info. I was born in Jacksonville on 05/20/61. I was referred to as Margret on the adoption papers. My birthmother was born in 1939 in Venezula. She had 1 older brother & a younger sister. She was educated in the states. She was 5'3/4" tall. At the time of my adoption, she was married & had a son 18 mos old.I have no information about my birthfather.I was adopted through Catholic Charities @ 2mos old. I was adopted in St. Augustine & have lived there my entire life. I have been blessed with wonderful, loving parents & a great extended family. I have an older brother who is their birth child. Even after all these years,he hasn't accepted me as his "real sister".
That has been difficult for me at times. I do want you to know that I have 3 great children,my oldest son is 28, my beautiful daugther is 24 married w/ a 6yr old daughter(my angel)& a 2 1/2yr old son(Nanny's little man),and my youngest son is 22. they all live close to me & they are very close to each other. I was a medical assistant until my father got ill in 2005. I am now their full time caregiver. They are both 86 & in fragile condition. They have always told me I was adopted & have always supported me in searching for the answers I have always had.
I did a search in the 80's when I was married & having children. I was able to recieve the info that I have @ that time. I now would like at least some medical info if nothing else.
