I am searching for my Birth Mother who is now approx. 80 years old. I was born in Milwaukee, WI on 1/14/1964. My birth name was John Michael R. I was adopted in June of 1964 through Catholic Social Welfare Bureau now Catholic Charities. It was a closed adoption so I cannot find out additional information unless my Birth Mother or Siblings consent. My Birth Mother gave birth to 5 children previous to my birth. The first out of wedlock in 1948. A second out of wedlock in 1951 who she gave up for adoption. She then had three children while she was married. They were born in 1954, 1956 & 1957. I have no information about my Birth Father other than my Birth Mother met him at the Eagles Ballroom and dated him a few times after her divorce. I tried to communicate with her in 1998 and she denied my communication. I really would like to find my siblings as I do not know if my Birth Mother is still living.
