I am searching for my birth father. I was born Jan. 22, 1974 at St Benedicts hospital in Parkston, SD, Hutchinson Co. My mother had turned 18 on Dec. 6 just before she had me. Her name was Bev Bitterman and she attended Tripp,SD high school. She dropped out "because of me." She has said that my father may have the last name of Hofer.
