I'm looking for a man named Robert Dale Garcia or Dale Robert Garcia. In his 20s, he resided in/around Ft. Worth, Texas and dated a woman whose name at the time was Sylvia Limones...these are my birth parents. I have been in contact with Sylvia for over a decade and am looking to contact my birth father. I have heard he resided in Illinois (possibly the Chicago area) for a time, as well. He would currently be around 46 years of age.
If you know him closely, you'll know he had dark brown/black hair that went pre-maturely gray, brown eyes, very straight eyelashes, is light-complected, has a defined arch in his eyebrows and also has a fuller lower lip than top lip...I have all these things, as well.
I was adopted (pre-arranged by birth mother) into a wonderful family and I am aware that my birth father wasn't told the whole truth about my birth/adoption. I would just like him to know that I'm okay...and I was recently given a picture of him when he was my age (23). It was good to finally see who I look like.
