I am searching for my birth parents or any family member. I am female born January 30, 1970 in Logan Utah at the Logan LDS hospital. I was adopted when I was several days old through welfare services. I was delivered by Dr. Payne. I do not know anything about my birth family or history. I now have children and would like to obtain some medical history because of some current medical problems. I am open to meeting my birth family or not, depending on their wishes, but I would really like some history for my children's sake.
