I am in search of a marriage cert for Frank Perry Manning and Nancy(Nanny?) Richards. Was told they married in 1911 give or take a yr or 2. Was told in Aberdeen Ohio. I have checked where they lived and Aberdeen no luck. If any one has a photo of Frank would love a copy. My mom is the last living child of Frank, He passed when she was 5 or 6 so doesn't remember much about him.
