Birth parent. I was born in Pocatello, ID at Bannock Memorial Hospital on May 19, 1954. She was a divorced mother who had other children who were born prior to 1954. It's my understanding that she gave all of her children up for adoption. I was a newborn and adopted at birth. My father worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and what little I know it was a private adoption. My father knew someone who knew the woman who wanted to give up her children.
