I was born 9-7-67 to Jeananne Padget, given up for adoption in OKC, OK immediately after birth to the Neugebauers. The adoption was handeled through a private attorney. I do know that my Birth mother's last known address was in Moriarity, NM in 1992. My birth aunts name is Pat, her husband, my birth mothers brother, is Brian. I supposedly have half siblings that became wards of the state of NM somewhere between 1989 to 1991. I'd like to reconnect with birth family, more importantly, my siblings. I also desire to know WHO I am and WHERE I come from. I attempted to gain custody of my siblings, however, being so young with a son born in 1988, and one in 1990, my efforts never came to fruition. During my initial search, they were supposedly removed from my birth mothers home. I was never considered as a custodian for my siblings.
