My natural mother was known as JEAN THOMSON born 5 JUNE 1957, and I was registered at birth as PETA THOMSON. My natural mother was unmarried, English speaking and belonged to the ANGLICAN church. She gave consent to the adoption on 5 May 1983, in the presence of the commisioner of child Welfare, WYNBERG Cape Town.
