I've hit the wall on my Farber/ Faerber genealogy and need help...
I'm looking for any information on the Farber family who immigrated from the area of Austria, Germany, Poland, and/or Galicia to Buffalo, NY.
I have a Max and Marie Farber who had the children:
Charlie, Oscar, Joseph, Sigismond, Eddie and Eva.
I think I am missing some of Max and Marie's children, but this is all I have so far from that generation.
Joseph married Jennie (Bachner?) and they had:
Thelma and Ruth.
Oscar married Rose Geiger and had the children:
Solomon, Jacob, Albert and Rebbecca (who married a Lewis or Louis).
These Farbers were Hebrew and settled in the area of Buffalo, NY. Some moved from Buffalo to somewhere in Florida. There was apparently a family feud one or 2 generations back, so the Farbers stopped communicating. Now the current generation knows almost nothing about their family.
