I am looking for my birth mother or any siblings. I was born in Many Louisiana 12/29/1951. Paperwork given to me by my adoptive mother shortly before she died referred to me as "Baby Dugas" Within a few days I was taken to my parents home in Groves Texas where I was raised. My adoptive parents were Velma and J.A. Goodwin. My birth certificate states Many, La and Desoto Parish. Many is in Sabine Parish, so I am not sure if that was a mistake or done on purpose. Adoption was handled by Mr. A.A.Delee, an attorney in Port Arthur, TX. My birth mother and father were supposedly living in Port Arthur, Texas and moved to Many during the pregnancy. My mother told me that she is sure that I had an older sister in the 3 to 4 year old range.
