I'm searching for my sister, born 1/12/87 in Mckinny Texas. Her name was Amanda Jean Tignor on her birth certificate. I may have her adoptive parents name( not gonna list it here for privacy).
I did manage to get ahold of her adoptive parents and they basically told me, a 16 year old at the time, that she was their family and not to call again.
She's 3 years older then I am and it should be HER choice, not her AP.
I believe she was adopted not long after her birth.
