Mary E. b. abt 1830 m. David Valentine abt 1850 living in NY for 1850 census. died before 1870 census.
Sophia (G.) b. abt 1828 m. Charles Vandervort (Vandervoort) yr unknown but before 1865.
we believe they are sisters because Mary's daughter Augusta was living with Sophia in 1870 (Dec 21) census and in 1880 census and listed as niece.
