My birth certificate says I was born on Sep 20th 1963 in Wauchula, FL. I have been told that my birth parents are Bruce Perrine and Patricia Drawdy who were not married (at least to each other). I believe that the adoption was arranged directly between my adoptive parents (Adren and Nora DeVane) and Patricia Drawdy who knew each other. Apparently she was a widow and already had a child (Melvin Drawdy) and could not care for another child.
