The OBC is signed Mrs. Louise Hickman. I was born at Maine Medical Center. IF the OBC is correct and biological mother gave the correct information. Possibly born very prematurely?.....The attending physician was Dr. Jhung Woock Jhung, a resident at the time. After much research and IF I have researched CORRECTLY, I show birth mother to have passed away in 2002....? I am looking for any siblings/biological father?? OBC show 3 previous live births.
