My wife was born in Richmond Indiana on February 7th 1964. Adopted by a family in the Bremen Indiana area when she was 3 years of age. My wife had a lot of family that did live in the Richmond area. About 13 years ago an agency called us to tell us that my wife's mom was looking for her. But things got lost and they now did not know how to get a hold of her.
