I am looking for my son who was born at Medical College of Virginia (MCV)in Richmond, Virginia on November 3, 1992. He was born in the new wing of MCV. My son at his birth had green eyes, and is biracial. (Father is African American and I am Caucasin) I was told he was adopted by an African American Couple in Virginia. At birth I named him Troy Allen (Best). He was born premature. He will be 18 in 2010. The social workers last name was Ledbetter who lived in Kenbridge, Virginia.
