Gibbs, Waggoner, Waggner..I am searching for my sister who I believe was born late winter of 1971 in Pontiac MI. Parents were young, mom 16 or so, dad 18-19. Dad's last name was Gibbs, mom's was Waggoner (of close to it). I have been told that my sister's name at birth was Christina or Christine and she was born at a Children's Hospital because she was a premie (but not sure if that's true). Our mom's name is Debray Kay, dad was just Sam (no middle name), he passed away last Dec. I know this is vague but I have been searching for clues, hospital archives, adoption registries so here goes one more!!!
