Priscilla Pace is my name. I am searching for my daughter. She was born in Ft. Worth, Tarrant County, Texas on December 20, 1973. Her weigh was 6 lb 9&1/2 oz and she was 19 inches long. I gave her up for adoption thru the Edna Gladney Home. The papers were signed on Christmas Eve and someone was given my most precious baby to raise and love in my place. She was given up for adoption because I had no way to support her or buy her medicine should she become ill. It was my wish that she have a loving father and mother and hopefully some siblings.
My father, Will D. Pace, was an attorney in Tyler, Smith County, Texas and he did work from time to time for the Edna Gladney Home. He took me there when I waas pregnant and told me that I should give my baby a chance in life.
I was never able to have another child and have not regretted giving my daughter away, but have regretted not being able to be a part of her life. I did what was right for her not for me.
It is my greatest wish to meet my daughter again. I did see and hold her once on the day I signed the papers. Hopefully, I will find and meet her again.
