Looking for my birth parents. I am a white female born December 14, 1968 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, CA. I was adopted through the Santa Clara County Welfare Dept. The name Lambert is my ADOPTED surname NOT the name of either birth parents. The only name on my origional birth certificate is my birth mother's LAST NAME, STEARNS. It also lists my BIRTH NAME as DUSTY STEARNS. I have "non-identfying" information on both birth parents as follows:
Birth mother is english and swiss
Birth father is german.
Birth mother has a sister.
Birth father has blond hair and blue eyes.
Birth mother has brown hair and green eyes.
