Good Morning,
this is a first attempt to find additional information about my grandfather, Francis O'Boyle, who was cited in the 1901 mayo census, age 40. What I know thusfar is:
1-Francis O'Boyle wa born about 1861.
2-He married Mary McLoughlin [age 30 in the 1901 census] in the early 1890's.
3-They had the following children btwn 1893 and 1901-Mary, James, Patrick, Hugh and Michael[my father-born 1901].
4-My father knew little of his dad because Francis died about 1902.
5-Francis is believed to have emigrated to the US in the ~1880's and returned to Ireland where he settle in Corvoderry, Moygawnagh, Mayo, until his death in 1902.
6-His wife, Mary moved to crossmolina sometime after 1902.
7-My father, Michael, emigrated to NYC in May 1927.
